  • Facilitate event registration and payment processing
  • Connect with the pickleball community

Our platform integrates with Stripe for secure payment processing.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account without our prior written consent

2.2 Account Types

  • Club Owners: Can create club profiles, publish events, and manage registrations

2.3 Account Security

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

3. Club Owner Responsibilities

As a club owner using our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your club and events
  • Honor all published events and commitments to registered participants
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your club activities
  • Respond promptly to participant inquiries and concerns
  • Ensure your facilities meet safety standards for pickleball activities

4. Event Management and Registration

4.1 Event Publication

  • Club owners may publish events with details including date, time, location, cost, and skill level
  • All event information must be accurate and updated promptly if changes occur
  • Events must comply with our community guidelines and applicable laws

4.2 Registration and Cancellation

  • Participants can register for events through our platform
  • Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual club owners
  • We facilitate communication between clubs and participants but are not responsible for disputes

4.3 Waitlists and Capacity

  • Club owners may set event capacity limits
  • Our platform supports waitlist functionality for full events
  • Participants may be automatically enrolled from waitlists when spots become available

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor
  • We do not store credit card information on our servers
  • You agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy

5.2 Fees and Pricing

  • Club owners set their own event pricing
  • We charge a service fee per transaction
  • Service fees are automatically deducted from payments to club owners
  • All fees are clearly disclosed before payment confirmation

5.3 Refunds and Disputes

  • Refund policies are determined by individual club owners
  • Payment disputes should first be addressed with the relevant club owner
  • We may assist in resolving disputes but are not obligated to provide refunds
  • Chargebacks and payment disputes may result in account suspension

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Publish false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Engage in discriminatory practices
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Distribute spam or unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use our platform for any commercial purpose other than as intended

7. Content and Intellectual Property

7.1 User Content

  • You retain ownership of content you post on our platform
  • You grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content

  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURIES OR DAMAGES OCCURRING AT CLUB EVENTS

  • We are not responsible for the performance or policies of third-party services
