How does the fee structure work?
We charge 7% of each registration fee with a cap of $5 (or $4 for Professional plan). This means if someone registers for a $50 event, you pay $3.50 (7%). If they register for a $100 event, you only pay $5 (the cap), not $7. The Stripe processing fee (3% + 30¢) is separate and goes directly to Stripe.
Are there any setup fees or contracts?
No! There are no setup fees, no monthly minimums, and no long-term contracts. You only pay when you receive registrations. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.
What's included in the Marketing Add-on?
The Marketing Add-on includes DUPR integration for automatic rating updates, email campaign tools, marketing automations (welcome emails, birthday greetings, milestone celebrations), prospect management, player analytics, and custom email templates. It's designed to help you grow and engage your pickleball community.
Can I try the Professional plan before committing?
Yes! We offer a free trial of the Professional plan so you can explore all the marketing features before making a decision. No credit card required to start.
How do payouts work?
Registration fees (minus our platform fee) are automatically transferred to your connected bank account via Stripe. You can choose daily, weekly, or monthly payouts based on your preference.
